This is a kind of filipino pastries that tasted much like baked egg tart.
It's sold at franchised stalls, therefore, i think, it tasted really 'commercialized'.
It's like McDonald's being a franchised company, can never make authentic tasting hamburger.
I don't really like this 'version' of bibingka. There's another one which i really like,
which i get to taste in Vigan in the Northern Philippines.
